9岁的小胡祖籍广东汕头，自小喜欢吃贝、虾、蟹等各类海鲜，尽管已移居武汉，但他隔三岔五总要吃一顿海鲜，工作之余也经常自己做来吃。
　　近日，小胡因上腹疼痛查出胆囊结石，在武汉京都结石病医院顺利保胆取石。武汉京都结石病医院院长、肝胆结石主任沈章义指出，经常食用胆固醇含量较高的海鲜类食品，可诱发胆石症。日常生活中，饮食应低脂低油低盐，多吃蔬菜水果和粗纤维，定期做个彩超筛查。
